JOB: Deputy Manager – Tendering At Schneider Electric

Education : BE (Electrical/Electronics)

Job Experience : (3-5 Yrs) Exposure to Tendering/Estimation of LV & MV distribution products/services.

Business Understanding : Financial understanding, Basic Contracts & risk Management, Good commercial acumen, Analytical skills, Good understanding of LV/ MV products & equipment, MS Excel (MS Office), Exposure to Digital Solutions.

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) : Customer focus , Team player , Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Result / deadline oriented, Ability to work under tight deadlines

1. Build offer
· Understand the RFQ / Customer’s demand
· Using Quotation tools for offer creation
· Bid approvals as per DOA (As required)
· Submit the offer
· Engage into clarification process
Full Lapse in Contract Formulation documents Vs Enquiry scope
2. Closing & order booking
· Listen to & resolve open concerns
· Transfer to Execution
Full Order Input as per business targets
3. Key Performance Indicators:
No of Quotes per day
Time to Quote (<4 days)
Get quotation survey (Customer satisfaction)
